Synopsis

Waterfront Warrior and Huntress battle a riot between two gangs made to look like a race riot.  This spoils the plans of the Brick Wall who wants to lower the property value of the area and buy it cheap.  After the battle Huntress sees her psychologist.  She is jealous and embarrassed by the Waterfront Warrior.  Meanwhile the Waterfront Warrior does what he can to improve hi neighborhood.  Not just by fighting crime but getting people to help each other.  He does all of this because of what happened to his mother.  She died in a building with no heat because of a slumlord.  His good deeds do not go unpunished as The Mafia sends its men in to cause more trouble.
