The issue opens with a future version of Hourman fighting the Lord of Time over the Timepoint. They fight across time and space, but at one point the Timepoint begins to vanish. Future Hourman recognizes that the Lord of Time has done something to affect his own past, so future Hourman travels back along his own timestream to find out what. In Happy Harbor, Snapper Carr and Bethany Lee help Hourman order his first cup of cappuccino. In reward for helping him out, Hourman brings Snapper and Bethany to his Timeship. Bethany tries her hands at steering, and brings them outside the timestream (aka Hypertime). There, they meet an alternate version of Snapper Carr and give him a ride to the Amazon/ Gorilla City War. As our Snapper asks Hourman about what Hypertime is, they are attacked...
