Synopsis
Hardcase arrives to the mountain that Death Dance and Meathook directed him to find Rex Mundi. While there, creatures made of the earth rise from the ground and attack Hardcase. They battle for a while and Hardcase contemplates what the Alternate told him before, that he has powers he has no idea about. Suddenly the creatures in contact with him become frozen. Defeating the creatures, Hardcase finds a way into the mountain and then underground, to the lair of Rex Mundi. Meanwhile, the original Choice arrives to find Hardcase. She is surprised to find another woman taking the Choice identity, which makes her angry. She believes that the Choice Corporation cloned her and they both fight.
