A Zero Hour crossover issue. As Zero Hour rages, Guy Gardner, Steel, Supergirl, and the alternate-timeline Batgirl follow Extant across multiple eras. In prehistoric time, the quartet is joined by Anthro and Java against Extant. In the Wild West, they are joined by the full host of DC’s western heroes. Guy Gardner uses his newfound ability to morph weapons from his skin to help push the advantage. Time continues to break down, and the quartet picks up Lady Blackhawk as they jump to an era in Guy’s past. They meet Kari Limbo, and try to save Hal Jordan from becoming Parallax, but fail before being pulled to Coast City the day it was destroyed. Guy finds out that Kari was on the scene, and tries to save her. However, as Guy tries, Coast City is destroyed, and Guy is sucked back into the time portal as the world fades to white.
