Rally is used to thinking of herself as a good guy. After all, as a bounty hunter, she brings in people who've jumped bail to escape the law. But try explaining that to Tom, Flora, and Agnes, three friends of Mr. Smart's daughter Jeena who are sure Rally is after an innocent man. It looks like the story of Mr. Smart's divorce and jumping bail is not as clear as it all seemed--and that Jeena's mother may have set up her magician husband for a fall.
