Synopsis

"Snowbirds Don't Fly" - Green Arrow and Green Lantern start on an investigation that a rich man, Browden, is selling drugs. They come into a couple junkies house, and Green Arrow finds his ward, Roy Harper there, but he assumes Roy is investigating as well.
