Synopsis
"Capital Punishment" part 3, continued from GUY GARDNER: WARRIOR (1992-1996) #28. The secret organization known as Quorum unleashes a squad of super-marines on Green Lantern. Plus, Kyle gets another crack at the man who murdered his girlfriend.Kyle is about to kill Major Force for the death of Alex when soldiers of the Quorum arrive to break things up. Him and Guy fight off the soldiers as Guy tries to reach his brother who is leading them. Kyle takes the soldiers while Guy defeats his brother who it turns out is a decoy robot. Major Force makes it back to his real brother and threatens to kill him unless he gets the ring. Guy and Kyle refuse and he kills his brother. Kyle can't bring himself to kill Major Force but Guy does.Once it's over they discuss what happened both agreeing they don’t agree but are fine with the outcome nonetheless. A mysterious man walks along the desert while Ganthet arrives on earth looking for Kyle.
