Green Lantern shows up late to the Watchtower for a very important meeting with the JLA. The League has decided to create some additional floors to its headquarters and, since Kyle wasn't there to vote, he got volunteered to do some excavating. In the process, GL winds up unearthing (or is that "unmooning"?) some deeply buried secrets that just might cost him his life.
