Synopsis

"Stepfathers and Sons" Green Arrow and Master Jansen come to New York to see Connor's mother. They find that she is still married to arms dealer Milo Armitage. Armitage is under house arrest, and claims that he is trying to go legitimate. Connor knows better however, and soon discovers that Milo is secretly selling high-tech weaponry tracking systems on the black market. He follows Milo to the Harriet Midtown and a fight breaks out. He captures Armitage, but Milo tells him that if he returns to prison, he'll implicate Connor's mother and she will be arrested as well. Angrily, Connor knocks Armitage out and carries him out of the building.
