Captain Spider has stolen Gigantor and is using it to speed up the building of his Moon-base fortress. After realizing that his Gigantor is a inferior copy, Jimmy Sparks convinces Dick Strong and Inspector Blooper to assemble a task force to retrieve the real Gigantor from the Moon. But Spider discovers their plan through his network of spies and prepares a surprise party for them. Inspector Blooper's special Space Police force is about to face the Moon of Death!
