The humans set off an A bomb underwater, unaware of the city they have now destroyed. Killian and his girlfriend, Anya, arrive late to a council meeting where they are discussingretaliation against the humans. Ultimately, the council members agree it is safer to remain unnoticed, Killian, his brother, and their friends are furious and take matters into their own hands by destroying a power plant.
