Aspen finally reunites with her brother. She would get some alone time with Chance before she went down to the Blue's city. She goes with her brother down into the ocean and swim towards a destroyed Saba. Someone starts shooting at Finn and Aspen was able to save him and block off the missiles. A submarine comes and scoops up Aspen and her brother. The pilot is Cannon and Aspen was glad to see him. Her brother starts to melt away and says that he can only survive in water. Aspen uses her powers to rehydrate him and it works. Meanwhile the army is closing in on Muria for a big attack. The council of Muria decides to close down the hydroports in hopes of preventing the humans from reaching Muria.
