The whole family bathes naked together. Skywise becomes even more of a nuisance, and Ember decides to take sword training from Nightfall.Teir joins in with the games and sports, and displays his precision and strength, even challenging Skywise to a duel. Skywise wins but presses Teir how he learned swordsmanship. Teir is not comfortable sharing any information, and the wolf-pack reacts to the emotional tention.Diplomatically, this further ostracizes both characters. Skywise feels less and less useful, and by rejecting Teir, Teir backs off and becomes more shadowy, less trustful. It was a good reason why Skywise left Ember's part of the Wolfriders and find Cutter and Aroree in ElfQuest: Hidden Years #26.
