Germany: 1945. It is the end of the Third Reich, but the war is not yet over. With the introduction of the new German flying wing, the Horton Ho-229A-1, the most advanced of the new jet fighters, the Americans respond with their P-72 "Super-Thunderbolt," the most powerful of the piston-engine-powered fighters.
