When the Argentine forces took over the Falkland Islands by force in 1982, the Argentines realized a century-old dream, but the British weren't going to take it sitting down. On May 1st, the Argentine carrier, 25 de Mayo, was ready to strike the British fleet, but lack of wind was going to stop them. Yet the winds of war were on the Argentine side this time, resulting in a new and deadlier suicide war.
