The story begins with Salome returning to the world. It is revealed that she brought the Fallen to Zarathos. But the Fallen agree to stay away from Salome.Meanwhile, Doctor Strange returns to his destroyed mansion of Bleeker Street with Vicki Montesi. He gets a message from Caretaker but doesn't understand. All of a sudden Salome attacks Dr. Strange. The Midnight Sons come to Doctor Strange's aid but are to late. Doctor Strange all of a sudden explodes into a mystic blast. Salome is close to defeating the Midnight Sons but is stop by a strange figure. He blasts Salome into the distance. The being then leads the Midnight Sons to Zarathos.
