Synopsis

SPIDER'S NINTH LEG Batman is on the trail of a crook called Joey Redwine, who has just killed a nun in order to steal a golden candle stick. Joey's escape attempt almost kills him, but Batman saves him. For this act, Batman is delayed and the crook continues his desperate escape, remembering his entire life and realizing what happened for him to end up in this situation.  Mistreated as a kid, Joey grew up with violence and in his teen years, he started acting violent, following the example of his own father. Eventually, Joey became a low profile criminal until he met a girl he liked, but years later, she became the nun he just killed.   Batman chases Joey across various rooftops until there is nowhere else to run and Joey decides to fight Batman, who simply avoids Joey's attacks in order to help the lost man. In one of his attempts, Joey falls from the rooftop to the street below, where he dies as a helpless Batman watches, knowing that Joey Redwine will endure eternal torment with the man who started it all. NIGHT OLYMPICS PART 2 Green Arrow gets an ambulance for the Black Canary, then answers the challenge of Pete Lomax and easily defeats him in a duel of arrows.
