Synopsis

MAYOR BRUCE WAYNE A criminal called Deuce Chalmers has figured out that Bruce Wayne is Batman and he has created the perfect plan to prove it. Shortly after, Bruce is appointed temporary Mayor of Gotham City; situation which is used by Chalmers to impersonate Batman while Bruce is busy working at Gotham City Hall. In this way, the fake Batman manages to kidnap a group of wealthy people and Bruce figures a way to rescue them and keeping his secret identity safe. Soon, the real Batman confronts Chalmers and captures the criminal while Bruce is apparently unconscious. THE LUCKIEST MAN ON EARTH! ROBOTMAN CRUSOE THE REFORMING OF LITTLE ELK
