Assault With a Deadly Woman CIA officer Tom Granger finds Ballistic in a barfight in Queens and asks her help in rescuing one of their operatives, Frank Taylor. Taylor is the hostage of drug kingpin Fabio Rivas who is willing to trade him for Stryker. In the Bronx, Ripclaw and Cyblade track down and battle two Gunmen. Cyblade is forced to kill one while the other fends off Ripclaw, telling him to go to Tikal. A week later, Cyberforce is undercover aboard a cruise ship in the Gulf of Honduras, tracking an illegal shipment of Cyberdata weapons. The paramilitary Mayan Defense League boards the ship and accidentally activates one of the weapons, a Machine of Death droid. Heatwave and Impact engage it, but the battle blows a hole in the ship’s hull. At Tikal in Guatemala, Stryker meets with Ballistic, unaware she has lured him into a trap. She takes him to Rivas’s base inside one of Tikal’s Mayan pyramids and trades him for Taylor. As she leaves, Rivas begins to torture Stryker.
