Assault With a Deadly Woman In the Upper East Side of Manhattan, a trio of cyborg operatives, the Gunmen, massacres a penthouse gathering of drug dealers. Elsewhere, Ballistic wakes up from a nightmare, remembering how her career as a star high school baseball pitcher was cut short when her ex-boyfriend, Tony Castellano, assaulted her. While running toward Manhattan at super-speed, Velocity is struck by a limousine and thrown from the freeway. At the site of the massacre, the police show Ripclaw a weapon he identifies as a traditional Mayan blade. Velocity finds the limousine that hit her and learns it belongs to Megawatt and Psychotron who are in the course of a drug deal. They take her hostage and are about to have their ally, Demon Scum, kill her when the rest of Cyberforce arrives. Impact punches Demon Scum out of the building, and the rest of the team drives off the two S.H.O.C.s., rescuing Velocity. Heatwave then plants a tracker in a cache of Cyberdata weapons. In Brooklyn, Ballistic tracks down Tony, now a mafioso, and assaults him and his henchmen.
