Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including: -- "The Menace of the Thinking Machines" , featuring the Black Condor :   The Condor must overcome the Chinese Lung Woe, who has created the drilling "spinning death machine" for his Nazi cohort. Unfortunately for them, the machine turns out to have a mind of its own and manufactures an army itself! -- "Allied with the Black Shark" , featuring the Red Torpedo :  Lockhart forces the Black Shark to assist him against Axis treachery by pinning the Shark's sub, then using his ability to release a screen of oil to surround Nazi submarines poised to attack the British. After this is accomplished, the Shark hastily retreats to safety. -- "The Boy and the Bank Robbers" , featuring the Spider :   To save a kidnapped boy's life, the Spider doesn't hesitate to kill the kidnapper. -- Plus :  Lee Preston of the Red Cross, the Clock, Space Legion, and more!
