Synopsis

In the sixteenth century, amidst the glory of the Italian Renaissance, a young goldsmith who was determined to excel in his art, worked his way to fame. He wrought precious metals and stones into articles and sculptures of unique beauty. Kings, Emperors and Popes vied for his services. His name was Benvenuto Cellini.
