The ever-increasing Cap hero-worship backfires as a Skrull plot. 'Cap' claims Skrulls have infiltrated the entirety of America. This causes riots as so many people trust Captain America. Quite horrible things happen as natural differences erupt into murder as people attack each other, thinking an innocent person is a Skrull.Captain America manages to talk the nation down.
