CAST THE FIRST STONE While investigating the identity of the kingpin of a drug-smuggling ring, Batman finds out that the man is in fact a notorious TV news anchor. When Batman catches the man red-handed, he tries to apprehend the criminal, but he is stopped by The Creeper. After the criminal had escaped, Creeper explains that he believed Batman to be a criminal that was attacking Walcott, his coworker at the TV station. In order to fix his mistake, Creeper assists Batman on his quest to capture the criminal and after they learned about the upcoming activities of the crime lord, they go to the place in order to capture him. Unaware that they have been set-up, the heroes still manage to capture the Walcott the kingpin and they finally arrest him. However, Walcott manages to escape using a special equipment that causes people to turn dizzy and lose balance. Batman deduces the source of the "vertigo effect", but without any clue as to Walcott's whereabouts, Creeper gives the most possible place where they could find the kingpin. True to his hint, they find the criminal about to leave town, but the heroes prevent his escape and the kingpin's reign of crime finally comes to an end. THE CAT AND THE CANARY CONTRACT! Christopher Chance has to take on the identity of Amos Sharkey, a former loan-shark-gone-straight, who is also the very man that ordered the hit on his father years ago.
