Synopsis

COLD BLOOD, HOT GUN! When the Bounty Hunter is hired to kill six people of wealth who are bidding to get ownership of the Fairbarin Estate, the whole case gets the attention of Batman, and Metamorpho, who is revived early in order to protect Sapphire Stagg, who is also on the list. Stopping the Bounty Hunter from killing Sapphire and the others on the list. The ordeal lasts until the night when the bidding on the estate begins.   It's soon revealed that the man who hired the Bounty Hunter is Derwent Fairbarin, who is trying to kill all the bidders to keep his ancestral house. However, during the confrontation with the Bounty Hunter, the assassin believes he is being double crossed and kills Derwent before he manages to escape. Fairbarin's scheme is finally exposed and the heroes rest assured that the murder contract is not active anymore. However, Batman knows that he might face the Bounty Hunter in the future and he can't celebrate their ill gotten victory.
