Synopsis

After the events of last issue, the Black Condor has begun an investigation to look for the young telepathic girl. His research discovers that her name is Karen Webster, and she was created by the Society of the Golden Wing, the same secret society that created Black Condor. The Society's experimentation failed, causing her to lash out wildly with her telepathic powers.  While searching for Webster, the Black Condor stumbles across a gang war in Philadelphia. While the Condor tries to stop the two gangs, Webster stumbles into an outdoor soup kitchen. Condor’s fight leads to the soup kitchen, which begins to triggers Websters’ power. The Condor tries to calm Webster down, but is unsuccessful, as she explodes with telepathic power.
