Synopsis

TERROR PART 2 - STRANGE SCARECROW During his psychiatric sessions with a disguised Hugo Strange, Jonathan Crane talks about his youth, how he got mobbed at school and how he became Scarecrow. Strange continues to indoctrinate Crane by telling him how much he hates Batman and that Scarecrow is the real master of fear. Hugo Strange's voice comes from a tape recorder inside the mannequin and he taunts Bruce Wayne. Batman orders Alfred to increase security measures for the mansion. Batman does not know yet that Hugo Strange has problems of his own, because Scarecrow turns on his doctor and attacks him with his fear toxin ...
