TRANSFERENCE PART 2 Bruce Wayne's psychiatrist has revealed himself as Hugo Strange who now has Bruce Wayne drugged because he believes he is Batman. Strange pulls a gun on Wayne who starts a fire to block the shot and to force Strange to open the office's door. Wayne flees through the building with Strange in pursuit. Suddenly, Batman appears and leads Strange to the roof. Dick Grayson and Tim Drake followed the evacuation process onto the streets and now watch the rooftop fight from there while eating some popcorn. Atop the roof, Strange promises to reveal Batman's secret identity to all and sundry if he is sent to jail. Batman does not care and ties Strange up before remotely controlling the Batmobile to come pick him up at the bottom of the building. He drives off in the Batmobile, which suddenly explodes in front of all witnesses. Although he is shocked, Dick Grayson immediately rushes to the roof only to find it empty ... BLACKOUT In the second story, set in 1943, Gotham City is in the midst of a blackout. Batman foils a burglary by Catwoman and the two team up against the Nazis.
