Synopsis

THE SPACE BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL The cyborg Feedback returns to exact vengeance on his former bandmates who left him for dead. Batman and Robin try to stop him before he can kill his old manager Roe Ferrig, but Feedback knocks Batman out and Robin must talk him down. GOIN' DOWNTOWN Harold Allnut makes a trip to a shopping center where he foils a robbery. COMMISSIONS Sarah Essen suffers from low morale now that she is police commissioner and her husband is running for mayor.  When a criminal takes a rookie officer hostage in GCPD Headquarters, she offers to replace the rookie as a more valuable hostage. She quickly subdues him when he tries to make the exchange, however.   She meets Batman on the roof, who commends her work but insists that Gotham needs Jim Gordon as its police commissioner.
