Synopsis

DIVER DOWN Orca wreaks havoc on the yacht of Camille Bader-Smyth and Batman is right in the midst of it. Orca gets hit by several bullets before finally grabbing Ms. Bader-Smyth jumping into the ocean with her. This time Batman is well prepared as he is wearing a wetsuit and has an underwater propulsion unit enabling him to follow Orca. At the same time, Alfred is in contact with Batman and feeds him with interesting information. Alfred found out that the stolen jewel originally belongs to an ex-hsuband of Ms. Bader-Smyth (including an insurance reward for its return) and that Dr. Balin worked on gene-therapy research focussing on spinal cord tissues.  After Alfred has finished his explanations, Batman is able to catch up with Orca. He not only prevents Ms. Bader-Smyth from suffocating underwater, but also defeats Orca who indeed is Dr. Balin and severely weakened by the gunshot wounds. Against the protest of Ms. Bader-Smyth, Batman saves the life of Dr. Balin by giving her a full portion of the serum which transforms her into Orca permanently. This gives strengthens her enough to flee again.   Over the following week, Batman also is able to use the collected evidence to file charges against Camille Bader-Smyth so that she has to pay for her crimes ...
