Synopsis
When a mysterious criminal in Gotham City steals dozens of weapons and skillfully avoids capture by the Gotham City Police Department, Batman and Robin start investigating the case. They come across a Martian lawman named Roh Kar, who reveals to them that the mysterious criminal is a dangerous and powerful Martian fugitive from his home, Mars. The fugitive stole a spaceship and went to earth, Roh Kar has been in pursuit because he knows the fugitive is planning a large scale invasion of his planet Mars, with weapons from Earth. Batman and Robin decide to team up with Roh Kar to capture the criminal and after an extensive chase, the evil doer is taken back to Mars and will be punished for his sins. Let's go Roh Kar!!
