GOING UNDER For the third time, Batman runs into Orca - this time at the Gotham Aquarium. Batman understands that Orca sees herself as some kind of Robin Hood, but he cannot overlook the fact that people died because of her actions. When one of the large water tanks in the aquarium breaks, Orca is able to flee once again. Interestingly, the wheelchair of Dr. Grace Balin lay in that water tank as well. Meanwhile, the ruthless Camille Bader-Smyth needs to relocate some of her production facilities. She blackmails a little boy and wants him to throw a Molotov cocktail at the front door of the Gotham Aquarium to finally get rid of Dr. Grace Balin. Later, Bruce Wayne disguises himself as a homeless veteran and, thus, is able to enter a soup kitchen which is run by Dr. Balin. Through a window Bruce can see that Dr. Balin holds the stolen jewel in her hands and that she intends to sell it Ms. Bader-Smyth. Bruce passes by the aquarium and by chance stops the little boy from setting the building on fire. The boy tells Bruce what happened when Ms. Bader-Smyth came to him. At the boy's home, Bruce finds proof of her bribing an official of the city's building commission. In a specialized wetsuit, Batman visits Ms. Bader-Smyth and arrives just in time to confront Orca ...
