After clashing with the C.I.A., other agencies of the U.S. government are observing Cassandra Cain much closer. After having evaluated video footage, experts are sure that her single skills are not metahuman, but her aggregate speed definitely is. Samples of Cassandra's DNS lead absolutely nowhere - she exists in no database. Meanwhile, Cassandra is back at the Clock Tower after she said goodbye to Agent Johnson. Oracle is not happy that Cassandra fought against the federal agents without hiding her face behind a mask. With a compromised identity she will not be able to build up a personal life, but right now Cassandra is only interested to be Batgirl anyway. During night, Cassandra is visited by Batman who orders her to accompany him to a cabin outside of Gotham City. Batman explains that the thugs inside the house have killed Agent Johnson. Now the Dark Knight takes a step aside and lets Cassandra beat up these murderers. Afterwards, Batman drives Cassandra to her new home. He prepared a batcave for her because she cannot stay with Oracle anymore without risking to compromise Barbara's identity ...
