Synopsis

"The Plan --- and the Power!" (Story continues from the last issue) Quicksilver contacts the Fantastic Four for intel on Diablo and Dragon Man. Afterwards, he, Hawkeye, the Scarlet Witch and Hercules set out in search of them.  In Diablo's hideout, Goliath awakes and tries to attack Diablo. The Wasp is Diablo's prisoner, however, so Goliath backs down. Diablo "monologues" his plan to generate an entire army of Dragon Men. Captain America arrives by himself and is quickly defeated and is sent to prison.The Avengers arrive. Hercules saves the Wasp from Dragon Man while the rest of the team battles Diablo. Dragon Man is thrown into a pit of lava, prompting Diablo to flee.   Meanwhile behind the Iron Curtain, the Black Widow survives the Psychotron and is placed in a cell. The Avengers receive a letter revealing that the Black Widow was working for S.H.I.E.L.D. and they plan to rescue her.
