Aquaman is fuming over possibly losing Mera once again as Garth and Dolphin question why he hasn't tried to win her back with Aquaman leaving to be alone. While in a city an unknown enemy is continuing his stockpiling of the Guindola, in order to enslave the city with the addictive oil. While Lagoon Boy, Sheeva and Blubber arrive in New York, New York to begin exploring the surface world, while back in the city Aquaman continues to deal with the growing problems presented by his opening the city to outside species. With Garth's arrival Aquaman and Tempest set out to help the city. While the three sea creatures continue to explore the city, with the three going to see a movie. While Mera and noble continue to grow closer as he tells the story of his life mates abduction by the fire trolls.While Martian Manhunter calls in Aquaman and Tempest for a situation which turns out to be to save the three explorers from the army. While Aquaman cuts his hair and shaves his beard deciding not to let Noble win her without a fight.
