THE WAR FOR PEACE! / BROTHER RAT Superman recovers a religious artifact beloved by two races and stops them from going to war upon each other on Christmas Eve. Aquaman learns from Vulko that Mera will die unless she returns to her other-dimensional world before long; Nonetheless, she accompanies her husband to New York City, where they fight Ocean Master, who leaps off a building to his apparent death.
