THIS IS MY WORLD AND YOU'RE WELCOME TO IT! The Earth has been transformed into a world in which Vandal Savage rules and Superman is his servant, but Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen convince the Man of Steel to turn on his master. SORRY -- WRONG POWERS! The Atom must track down the kidnappers of Professor Hyatt, despite the fact that meddling by a cosmic being has given him the powers of the Atom of Earth-Two. This story coincides with DC Comics Presents #30 "Whatever Happened to the Golden Age Atom?" , where the Atom from Earth-Two is able to shrink like Raymond Palmer, the Atom of Earth-One.
