Created by writer Tom DeFalco and artist Ron Frenz, Thunderstrike was introduced as a mortal who becomes a hero after wielding the power of Thor.

Early Years

Eric Masterson was a construction worker who became the temporary host for Thor's powers after an encounter with the God of Thunder. He eventually took on the mantle of Thunderstrike.

Character Development

Over the years, Thunderstrike has evolved from a sidekick to a prominent hero in his own right, grappling with the legacy of Thor while carving out his own identity.
