Storm

Creation & Design

Storm was created by writer Len Wein and artist Dave Cockrum, debuting in the mid-1970s as a member of the X-Men. She was one of the first major black female superheroes in comic books.

Early Years

Initially portrayed as a thief in Cairo, Storm's life changed when she was recruited by Professor Charles Xavier to join the X-Men, where she became a key member and leader.

Character Development

Over the years, Storm has evolved from a powerful mutant to a leader and symbol of hope for the mutant community, often grappling with her identity and responsibilities.
