Creation & Design

She-Hulk was created to capitalize on the popularity of the Hulk character while providing a female counterpart. Stan Lee and John Buscema designed her to be a strong, independent character who could also navigate the legal world.

Early Years

Jennifer Walters was a successful lawyer who received a blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner, which transformed her into She-Hulk. Initially, she struggled with her dual identity but soon embraced her powers.
