Osiris was created by Geoff Johns and Keith Giffen as part of the 52 weekly series, designed to be a counterpart to Black Adam and represent the themes of family and legacy.

Early Years

Osiris was introduced as the younger brother of Black Adam's wife, Isis, and was imbued with powers similar to those of Black Adam, including superhuman strength and the ability to fly.

Character Development

Osiris's character has evolved from a supporting character in the 52 series to a more complex figure within the Justice Society, grappling with his identity and the legacy of his family.
