Impulse

Creation & Design

Impulse was created by writer Mark Waid and artist Greg LaRocque, first appearing in The Flash #91. He was designed to be a younger, more impulsive version of the Flash, showcasing the challenges of youth and speed.

Early Years

Bart Allen is the grandson of Barry Allen (the Flash) and was raised in the 30th century. He was introduced to the modern era through time travel, where he struggled to adapt to the slower pace of life.

Character Development

Over the years, Bart has evolved from a reckless and impulsive teenager into a more mature hero, learning the importance of responsibility and the legacy of the Flash family.
